We feel Dr. Rankin has a great group of individuals working for him. We come together as a team to make every visit to our office as comfortable, informative and unique as possible. We strive to insure that your experience with us ends in the best possible orthodontic result. The great thing about our office is laughter is always welcome.
Administrative Team
Our administrative team serves various roles in our office. Our office manager works behind the scenes to make sure you have a great experience every time you visit our office. She is always available to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. Our front desk/scheduling staff will make you feel comfortable from your initial phone call to your very last visit. Our financial coordinator is available at any time to answer any billing or insurance questions you may have.

Treatment Coordinators
Our treatment coordinators will be with you through your first visit. They will take your records (x-rays, pictures and models), discuss treatment options, custom financing and leave you with a clear understanding of your future orthodontic journey. They are your liaison during the time between your initial exam and beginning your orthodontic treatment. They will be here to answer any questions and to make starting treatment easier than imagined.

Clinical Team
Our clinical team consists of orthodontic assistants, records, sterilization and lab technicians. They are highly skilled in performing many detailed and technical procedures to aid the doctor in moving your teeth into the proper alignment.
They pride themselves in their knowledge of orthodontics and communication skills. They strive to be happy and energetic at all times to keep you motivated and relaxed.
